How Do I Start Journaling?
It can be as simple as just writing a few sentences about your day on a piece of paper or if you have a journal book lying around. You can journal about anything. Seriously, anything! If you’re still having trouble with thinking about what to write, here are some prompts you can use:
- Today, I was feeling…. This morning, I did… Tomorrow I am going to do….
- “The two moments I’ll never forget in my life are…”
- “Make a list of 30 things that make you smile.”
- “Make a list of everything that inspires you — from books to websites to quotes to people to paintings to stores to the stars.”
Resources For Prompts:
At the end of the day, journaling is for anyone, and there is no wrong way to do it! Try journaling daily if you can, it’ll just take a few minutes of your day! You can always look back to it and reflect. Hopefully, you can give this a try!
